Our experienced captains assess the weather conditions on the day of your scheduled trip. If they determine that it’s unsafe to operate, the trip will be postponed or canceled. We’ll do our best to reschedule your experience, but if that’s not possible, a full refund will be issued immediately. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities!
