We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any trip canceled before 24 hours in advance will be refunded in full. Our captains assess the weather on the day of the scheduled activity. If they determine that the trip will be unsafe, the trip will be postponed or canceled. We will immediately try to reschedule our guests’ activity if possible, but we will issue full refunds if need be.

Our sunset cruise ticket includes unlimited draft beer, wine and soft drinks. By the way, we do have premium cash bar available for top shelf liquors, bottled beer and frozen drinks.

You can also update to the dinner cruise for only $19 more and get a tropical food buffet with open well bar which includes unlimited mixed drinks and champagne.

Included on the Sunset Sip & Sail is a tasty selection of finger foods which consist of Jamaican jerk chicken slider on sweet Hawaiian rolls, BBQ meat balls, veggie trays, cheese and cracker trays, pita and hummus.

Our Sunset Dinner Cruise menu features a delicious tropical buffet, including island-style pulled pork, grilled chicken with mango glaze, rice and beans, mashed potatoes, and a variety of fresh salads. Guests can also indulge in sweet treats for dessert while enjoying unlimited beverages from our open bar

Yes, our main cabin has the seating capacity for 60-70 guests and has 4 large AC units to ensure a comfortable dining atmosphere.

We also have an upper deck where everyone likes to hang out. You get the best view of the Key West Harbor, Mallory Square and of course the Famous Key West Sunset.

There is a small step, however over the years we have perfected assisting guests with manual wheelchairs onto our trips.

Once on the boat a wheelchair can easily navigate the lower deck, front and back of the boat to enjoy the dinner buffet and sunset. Our friendly waitstaff will bring you drinks and the live music will flow from the top deck, all throughout the boat.

The Sunset Celebration at Mallory Square starts about two hours before sunset and features street performers, local artists, and food vendors. Yes, parking is available near our departure point at 201 William St, Key West, FL 33040. However, spaces can be limited, so we recommend arriving early or using alternative transportation if possible.

We recommend bringing a valid photo ID, a credit/debit card, and be ready to enjoy one of the most beautiful sunset’s in the world.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted on our sunset cruises.

All ages are welcome on our sunset cruise. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian. Children under 5 can join for free, and youth aged 6-12 enjoy discounted rates.

Most sunset cruises are two hours long. Our sunset dinner cruise and sunset sip & sail are 2 hours long. There are sunset cruises that are activity based that are 3 hours long like our sunset dolphin & snorkel combo and our new trip that takes you to 2 snorkeling locations on the reef and then has a sunset cruise
