Required – Florida Boaters Safety: Florida Law requires everyone born after Jan 1, 1988 to take a boaters safety test to drive a boat. Each driver must present a passed boaters safety test prior to departure. Tests can be taken online, click here.
The boats are custom 2-person pistol boats. A third (very small) person can be added to the boat if they are under 40 lbs.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any trip canceled before 24 hours in advance will be refunded in full. Our captains assess the weather on the day of the scheduled activity. If they determine that the trip will be unsafe, the trip will be postponed or canceled. We will immediately try to reschedule our guests’ activity if possible, but we will issue full refunds if need be.

We took the safari eco tour from Cow Key Marina which took us out to the sandbar at Mud Keys. I am so glad we did the tour, because it’s hard to find a good swimming beach in the Florida Keys, but the sandbar was very shallow and very swimmable. We took our 6 year old as a 3rd guest. The water at the sandbar was shallow and very calm so he felt comfortable getting out of the boat and swimming during our time. Our guide was awesome! This would be a great tour for anyone!!

My husband and I did the boat safari eco tour with Bridget, and had the best time! I will say that I recommend this only for people with some prior boating experience. The trip out to the mangrove area is about 25 minutes, and then you spend about an hour - 90 minutes in an area of shallow water where you can snorkel, swim, and look for shells/wildlife. We saw some rays while snorkeling. We loved being on the water!

The best thing we did in the Keys, You get to drive your own 2 person speed boat to cool off the beaten path location and snorkel with a great guide that tells you what to look for. Brittany was a great guide!

My husband and I did the Safari Eco tour and highly recommend it! Michael was such a great guide - you can tell he truly loves the FL Keys and his job. The little boats go pretty fast which was fun and the sandbar we went to was beautiful. The water was crystal clear and the perfect temperature to cool off. Our only regret was scheduling this at the end of our trip so we didn’t have time to book another tour. We would’ve booked the jet ski tour! We'll be back for more with Sunset!

The Eco Safari Tour with Snorkeling is not to be missed! Incredible views in this beautiful place. We saw local fish, several sting rays, and got to see the mangrove system underwater. Quite amazing!! Highly recommend this eco tour - it’s different, beautiful and thrilling and the guides are first rate. Our guide was a blast throughout the tour and we appreciated his enthusiasm and his meticulous oversight and supervision for our safety. Excellent excursion in Key West!
